Ray Beck - Founder
Ray Beck founded Summit Exchange Services in 1993 shortly after the 1031 regulations were released by the IRS and became official. Since then, Mr. Beck has completed over 5,000 exchanges and has overseen every 1031 exchange completed by Summit Exchange Services. In addition to being an Exchange Accommodator, Mr. Beck is a taxation attorney and can advise his clients on real estate deal structure, contract law, and investment analysis. Mr. Beck holds a Juris Doctorate degree from Brigham Young University. He has practiced law since 1984, specializing in taxation and estate planning. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Brigham Young University.
